RK University (RKU) is a Private University founded in 2011 under Gujarat Private Universities Act 2009 by the Government of Gujarat. It is the First Private University in Saurashtra, Gujarat. RKU is managed by Shri Shamjibhai Harjibhai Talavia Charitable Trust (SHTC) which has been engaged in various social welfare activities. SHTC Trust and RKU are non-profit and charitable organizations working solely for the betterment of society. All Courses offered by RK University are recognized by bodies such as UGC, AICTE, PCI, IAP, DTE etc. The university has a residential campus with a built-up area of 165300 sq. ft. located at the outskirts of Rajkot city.

RK University B.Tech Admission 2019

At UG level, RK University provides courses like Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in various specializations to the aspiring Students who want to pursue their career in the field of Engineering. The courses offered are for four years. The number of seats depending upon the nature of specializations as opted by the Students.

The admission in B.tech is done on the basis of rank secured in Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) organized by State Government of Gujarat or Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains) organized by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Students who meet the eligibility criteria are only liable to apply for B.Tech course at RK University. Eligible Students who are willing to appear in JEE Mains may visit the official website. RK University B.Pharm and BPT Admission 2019

At UG level, RK University provides courses like Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) to the Students who want to pursue their career in the field of Medical Science. The courses offered are for four years and 4.5 years respectively.

RK University M.Tech and M.Sc Admissions 2019

At PG level, RK University offers courses like Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Science (M.Sc) and M.Sc IT to the students who want to make their career in the field of Technology and Science. The courses offered are for two years each.

Admission in the above mentioned courses is done on the basis of marks scored in last qualifying examination, i.e., admission based on Bachelor’s Degree marks. However, the Students must fulfill the eligibility criteria in order to seek admission.

RK University MBA and MCA Admission 2019

At PG level, RK University also offers courses such as Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and MCA (Lateral). The duration period for MBA is two years whereas for MCA and MCA (Lateral) are three years and two years respectively. The admission in MBA is done through CAT/MAT/CMAT and for MCA, Students will have appeared in CMAT.
