Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) is established under the Gujarat Act No. 8 of 2009, Government of Gujarat. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has empowered CHARUSAT to award Degrees under Section 22 of UGC Act 1956. It aspires to advance learning and knowledge by teaching and research relevant to the Society. It is spread over 105 acres.

Charotar University of Science and Technology or Charusat University as it is called is located in the State of Gujrat. This University is established under the Private Universities Act and it is a non-profit organization. This university is been established from its basic roots of Shri Charotar Moti Sattavis Leuva Patidar Samaj– Matrusanstha- which was known for its social revolutions. It offers a number of undergraduate, postgraduate courses in the various fields like Technology and Engineering, Computer Science and applications, Physiotherapy, Management, Applied Sciences, Nursing etc. it also has a variety of Diploma and Research programs. The Charotar University is recognized for its continuous success in the research and development activities which are fostered in the University.

Charotar University of Science and Technology Exam Time Table / Date Sheet

All the Aspirants who will appear in CHARUSAT March 2019 Examination, they can access their CHARUSAT Undergraduate & Postgraduate Exam Time Table through bellow allocated official direct link.

Aspirants can Download their Respective Semester Exams Scheme for Master Degree Programme, Bachelor Degree Programme, Diploma & Advance Diploma Programme & Certificates Programme, the course will be held in August/ December for all Semester Exams, Exams will be held in two sessions Forenoon & Afternoon. Time Limit for Exam is 3 Hours. Aspirants are advised to keep in touch with the website check notification timely.

CHARUSAT Exam Admit Card / Hall Ticket Download

Charotar University of Science and Technology Admit cards 2019 Examinations for Undergraduate/ Postgraduate courses will begin shortly at the examination centers allotted by the Charotar University of Science and Technology. The detailed Examination events/ exam dates/ Exam center & Roll no shall be mentioned in the Exam Admit cards. Charotar University of Science and Technology Summer 2019 Admit cards shall be anticipated through university website 2 weeks preceding to Exams.

The admit card for Charotar University of Science and Technology Examination 2019 is issued. The download process of admit card will be done in two-phase. Firstly, the admit card will be issued for those Aspirants who submitted their application form without the late fee. After that admit card will be issued for those Aspirants who submitted their application form against the late fee. The direct link will be made available here when the official body will start issuing admit card.

Charotar University of Science and Technology Admission 2019

CHARUSAT B.Tech, B.Pharma, BPT and B.Sc(Nursing) Admission 2019

The admission shall be granted on the basis of merit list prepared by taking into account sixty percentage weight age of marks in theory subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics of all four semesters examination of Std. XI and Std XII Science organized by Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Board in March and 40% weight age of percentile marks of GUJCET examination.

To be eligible in B.tech a Student should have done 12th (10+2) or HSC by securing minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Math and for others, 50% aggregate in HSC from Science stream is required

In BPT/B.Sc (nursing) 85% seats are filled by entrance examination and 15% seats are filled by Charotar University under NRI quota.

GUJCET for admission is organized by GSEB (Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board).

CHARUSAT Dual Degree/ BBA/BCA and MBA/MCA Admission 2019

Admission in BCA/BBA course is done on the basis of merit list prepared according to the marks obtained by the Aspirants. Students who have done 12th with English (preferably) as a subject are eligible to apply. For Dual Degree course 12th should be done in Science stream.

Admissions to MBA/MCA are provided by merit list prepared according to the marks scored by the Aspirants in CMAT entrance examination. Aspirants having 50% marks in respective Bachelor degree are eligible.

Application form for BBA/BCA/Dual Degree course are to be downloaded from the University website, forms are also available during office hours at CMPICA, Changa. 

For MBA/MCA admission is done through CMAT - Common Management Test organized by AICTE, New Delhi. Aspirants have to fill online Application form by accessing official website. Registration fees for a General male Student are 1400/- and for females and SC/ST is 700/- is to be paid through SBI Challan/ Debit Card/Credit Card/ Net Banking.

CMAT is a 3-hour Computer Based Test. The Students are tested on various segments i.e. Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness and Language Comprehension.

CHARUSAT M.Tech, M.Pharma and MPT Admission 2019

In the M.Tech course, a Student will be admitted on the basis of his performance in  PGCET/GATE( whichever is applicable).

Admissions in M.Pharma are done on the basis of GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test).

For MPT admissions are done on the basis of merit list prepared on the basis of performance of Students in qualifying examination.

To be eligible for the M.Tech course a Student shall have passed B.E./B.tech. Or equivalent examination with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST/SEBC Students) marks.

Graduates in Pharmacy or final year students of (12th (10+2) lateral Entry) course whose results will be out before admission are eligible for GPAT.

For MPT admissions Student should be a graduate in BPT.

For application process in M.Tech. Before applying online, the Student shall have to procure PIN Cover by paying Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) per discipline in cash only from the designated branches of Dena Bank.

After online registration, it is mandatory for all Students to submit a printout of the registration form and self-attested photocopies of the required documents at nearby Help Centre and get Acknowledgement slip cum Admit card for PGCET. All the Student shall have to bring this Acknowledgement slip Cum Admit card for PGCET at the time of test else he shall not be allowed to appear in the test.

Both GATE qualified Students and Non-GATE Students shall have to register online. However, GATE qualified Students to have not to appear in PGCET. After admitting GATE qualified Students having valid GATE qualifying score, the vacant seats, if any will be filled as per merit secured in PGCET.

For M.Pharma Aspirants they have to register for GPAT by accessing official website. Registration fees for a General male Student are 1400/- and for females and SC/ST is 700/- is to be paid through SBI Challan/ Debit Card/Credit Card/ Net Banking.

For MPT admissions application form is available on website www.charusat.ac.in or it can also be Collected from Administrative Office, Ashok & Rita Patel Institute of Physiotherapy (ARIP), CHARUSAT Campus, Changa, Anand from 29th March.

CHARUSAT Ph.D. Admission 2019

Admissions in the Ph.D. course is done on the basis of CDET and interview. In Post Doctoral fellowship admission is done on the basis of Student’s credentials and interview. For Ph.D. admissions Students with PG (Masters) degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA are eligible.

In Post Doctoral fellowship The minimum qualifications are Doctorate (Ph.D./MD) or equivalent degree.

For Ph.D. admission procedure is carried out twice in a year in June and December.

In Post-Doctoral fellowship, Upon advertisement by CHARUSAT, Student can submit their application on plain paper along with updated resume, list of publications, full length articles of two important papers, copies of certificate (B. Sc, M. Sc, PhD/ M. D/ B. Tech, M. Tech/ B.C.A, MCA/ B.B.A, MBA/ B.Pharma, M.Pharma), Two letters of recommendation (academic) etc. The Student has to submit one or two-page synopsis of the proposed research.

The consolidated emoluments shall be given to a fellow while working in CHARUSAT is Rs. 25000/- per month. In addition to that, 10% HRA shall be given to the fellow.

Online Exam Form of CHARUSAT

For B.tech, B.Pharma, BPT, and B.Sc (Nursing)

• Students applying for GUJCET should submit Demand Draft of Rs 300 as application fee at help centers to get User ID. This ID is used to fill application forms
• Documents have to be uploaded by the Aspirants as per the specifications required are
• A recent passport size (5Kb-50Kb), (JPG, JPEG) photograph and Signature of the Student. 

For Dual Degree/ BBA/BCA and MBA/MCA

• Application form for BBA/BCA/Dual Degree course are to be downloaded from the University website, forms are also available during office hours at CMPICA, Changa. 
• For MBA/MCA Aspirants they have to register for CMAT by accessing the website. Registration fees for a General male Student are 1400/- and for females and SC/ST is 700/- is to be paid through SBI Challan/ Debit Card/Credit Card/ Net Banking.

For M.Tech/M.Pharma/MPT

The Student seeking admission to M.P.T. program should apply in the prescribed form along withØ application form fees of Rs.1000/- by  Cheque / Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Charotar University of Science and Technology” payable at “ Changa/Anand/Nadia”. 
• The Application form can be submitted in person or by Courier /Registered Post / Speed PostØ addressed to “Ashok & Rita Patel Institute of Physiotherapy (ARIP), Charotar University of Science and Technology, CHARUSAT Campus, Changa – 388 421.
